If you are looking to take up fencing for the fitness, competitions or just to meet a new group of people, then come and try us out. We welcome all ages from 10+ and all abilities.
You don’t need to have fenced before, or to have any equipment, you just need to wear track suit bottoms and non-marking trainers to give it a try, as the club provides everything else.
Newton Abbot Fencing Club is so confident you will love the sport, we offer your first two weeks (up to four sessions!) FREE.
To make a start at Newton Abbot Fencing Club all that you need are some loose-fitting jeans or thicker jogging bottoms and non-marking footwear (black marks on a wooden floor are not appreciated). The weapon and protective clothing can be borrowed for the night from the club.
