I have been talking to John Evers son, Nathan, who informed me of some very, very sad news that John has had a serious stroke and his pulmonary cancer has advanced to the stage where John is being treated at home as terminally ill.
Nathan doesn’t want anybody to call or visit John because John has difficulty speaking due to his heavy stroke but is very happy for fellow friends and fencers to contact him via FB with their messages.
