Just to keep you up to date with the Covid 19. According to the BFA, there has to be a Covid 19 Welfare officer for each Fencing Club – which I (Bill Berkley) have taken accepted this role up (along with delivering a policy for members to access ) & I will keep you posted when each of our 3 venues (Totnes, Newton Abbot & Bridford) start to open up. There will be a change of policy in using our club equipment/clothing due to the virus and will mean if you are using any of the equipment/clothing, it will be yours to clean/maintain and will be recorded. This will be an obvious route in trying to control the spread of the Virus. I welcome all members thoughts/opinion.
